Setup

How to connect

One URL for every client. On first use the assistant asks you to sign in with your Quelta account (Google). No API keys.

    1. Open Settings → Connectors.
    2. Choose “Add custom connector” and paste the server URL.
    3. Sign in with your Quelta account and allow access.

What the assistant can do

Five tools. The assistant picks them by itself: just ask in plain words.

  • analyze_video_ad

    Free

    Starts the preliminary check of a short vertical video ad by a public link.

    Parameters

    url
    Link to a public post: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Snapchat or Facebook.
    platformoptional
    Where the ad will run: tiktok, reels, shorts, x, snapchat or other. If omitted, it is taken from the link.
    countryoptional
    Target market, a two-letter code, one of 30 markets. Default: US.
    audienceoptional
    Audience age: gen-z (13–29), millennials (29–45), gen-x (45–61), boomers (61–80) or any.
    languageoptional
    Report language: en, fr, es, de, kk or ru.

    Returns

    A score range 20 points wide, the review of the first 3 seconds, weak spots and a link to the report on quelta.ai. Usually takes about a minute; if the check is not ready in about 40 seconds, returns an analysis id to ask about later.

  • get_analysis

    Free

    Status and results of a check. While it is running, waits up to about 40 seconds.

    Parameters

    analysis_id
    The id from analyze_video_ad or list_my_analyses.
    waitoptional
    Wait up to about 40 seconds while the check is still running (on by default).

    Returns

    The results as soon as they are ready: the preliminary check or, if it was run, the full check.

  • upgrade_to_full_review

    Uses 1 full check

    Runs the full check on a finished preliminary one. The assistant asks you to confirm first.

    A finished preliminary check.

    Returns

    The exact 0–100 score, six category scores, every mistake with a timecode and severity, the fixes in order of impact and what already works.

Limits and privacy

Good to know before you connect

  • Free and paid

    The preliminary check is free: up to 5 videos a day per account, one limit shared with the website. The full check uses one full check from your balance; a new account gets the first one free.

  • Which videos

    Vertical ads up to 3 minutes from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Snapchat and Facebook. The post must be public. To check a video that is not published yet, upload it on quelta.ai: it will appear in list_my_analyses.

  • Sign-in and privacy

    You sign in with your Quelta account (Google). The assistant sends Quelta only the link and the settings, and the results go back to the chat. To end access, disconnect Quelta in the assistant. The video copy is deleted 7 days after the check; the report stays in your account until you delete it.

  • What it does not do

    The MCP server only checks videos. It does not generate or edit them: the one-click fix works on quelta.ai, in private access.

Questions and answers

Can Claude watch TikTok videos?

Not on its own: Claude cannot watch a video by a link. With the Quelta MCP server it gets what it needs: Quelta downloads the public video, watches and listens to it, and returns the analysis to Claude. Then Claude can explain it, compare ads or write a new script.

Can ChatGPT analyze a video ad?

ChatGPT does not watch a TikTok or Reels ad by a link on its own. Connect Quelta, and ChatGPT gets a score for the platform, the market and the audience age, the review of the first 3 seconds and, with the full check, every mistake with a timecode.

Is it free?

The preliminary check is free: up to 5 videos a day per account, shared with the website. The full check uses one full check from your balance; a new account gets the first one free. Packs of full checks are in early access.

Which platforms and videos does it support?

Does it work with unpublished videos?

The assistant can pass only a public link. To check a draft, upload the file on quelta.ai while signed in with the same account, then ask the assistant to show your checks.

Do I need an API key?

No. When the assistant connects, you sign in with your Quelta account (Google) and allow access. The assistant gets access only to the Quelta tools. To end it, disconnect Quelta in the assistant.
