Explainer videos

AI explainer and presentation videos with voice-over

Tell us what you need to explain and to whom. Quelta writes the script with you, produces the voice-over, adds motion and on-screen steps, and delivers a video you can show to clients, partners or visitors of your site.

You send
A brief and your material: a deck, notes, a web page, product photos
You get
A finished video with a script, voice-over, motion and subtitles
Price
From $20 per video up to 30 seconds

In shortAn explainer video replaces a long slide deck with a short video. Quelta makes it turnkey: the script is agreed with you, the voice and music are included, and the video can be redone in other languages. From $20 per finished video up to 30 seconds.

What an explainer video is, and when it works

An explainer or presentation video tells one story with a voice: what the service is, how a process works, what a product does step by step. The picture follows the narration, so the steps appear on screen at the moment the voice names them. People who present to clients, such as consultancies, agencies and sales teams, use it to open a meeting, to send after one, or to put on a page.

It works when the idea is hard to show in a photo and hard to hold in a deck. A single video can then be played in the room, sent in a message and placed on a site, and it can be made again in another language without a new shoot.

Works well when

  • You present a service, a method or a process and want a clear two-minute version to send ahead of a meeting
  • A product has steps or dimensions that are easier to follow with a voice and labels on screen
  • You work with clients in several languages and need the same story told for each audience
  • You are an agency and want to offer video next to your decks and reports without building a studio

Not the right fit when

  • You need filmed interviews or a talking head on camera: Quelta is not built for that
  • You want to edit the video yourself in a template tool: there is no self-serve generator, videos are ordered as a project
  • You need a long course or training programme: our gallery shows short films, so ask us before you plan one

What you send and what you get

You send
A short brief and what you already have: a deck, notes, a web page, product photos. Brand guidelines, if you have them.
You get
A video with the agreed script, a voice-over, music, motion and subtitles, with revisions during the project.
Formats
16:9 for YouTube, websites and meetings; 9:16 and other ratios are possible for social.
Length
Up to 60 seconds from $30. Longer films exist: our own film about Quelta runs 2:05, and its price is agreed after the brief.
Languages
Voice-over and subtitles in any common language, confirmed in each project quote. The gallery shows English, and Arabic with captions from right to left.
Quality check
Every video is checked before delivery: the product, text and packaging against your photos, hands and faces, the hook, the pacing, the sound and the rules of each platform.
Rights
Videos are made for your ads, product pages and social media. Usage rights are set in the project agreement, and delivered videos carry no Quelta watermark.

How we make it

  1. Step 1: Brief

You tell us what to explain, to whom and where it will play: a meeting room, a site or social media. You send what you have, from a deck to a page of notes.

  2. Step 2: Script

We write the script for your audience and agree it with you before anything is generated. This is the step where the story is cut down to what people will follow.

  3. Step 3: Generation

We make the narration and the music, then the scenes, the motion and the on-screen text and steps, timed to the words.

  4. Step 4: Every take checked

We check the video against your material: names and terms spelled right, text on screen, the voice against the picture, the sound. You see a draft and we make revisions.

  5. Step 5: Localization by meaning

For another language the narration is rewritten for that audience, not just translated, and the voice and subtitles are made again, including right to left for Arabic.

If you also cut a vertical version

A vertical cut for social media has to keep text out of the areas that platform buttons cover. The safe zone tool shows them for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

Questions and answers

What is the difference between an explainer and a presentation video?

An explainer teaches one idea to a wide audience, for example how a service works. A presentation video presents a company, a product or a proposal to a client or partner. We make both the same way: a script, a voice-over and motion.

Who writes the script?

We write it, from your brief and your material, and agree it with you before generation. A producer helps you shape the task and takes the video to the end.

Which languages can the voice-over be in?

Any common language; the languages are confirmed in each project quote. A new language means a rewritten narration, a new voice and new subtitles.

What does it cost?

From $20 per finished video up to 30 seconds and from $30 up to 60 seconds. A longer film is priced after the brief. There is no free video plan.

Can you show a client explainer?

Not yet. What we can show is our own 2:05 film about Quelta and two product films with a voice-over, all in the gallery. We show only what we have made.

Videos for your catalog, starting with one category

Tell us about your catalog, markets and volumes. We make the first videos for one category, so you can compare them with what you have now. Then the same scenarios cover the whole catalog.

  1. Send your products

A product feed, links to product pages or photos for one category.

  2. Agree markets and audiences

Countries, languages, platforms, generations of buyers and the quality threshold.

  3. Get the pilot videos

Localized for each market, checked and ready to post.

  4. Scale to the catalog

Every product, every market and every new arrival, in one style.

We don’t copy other people’s videos. Every video is new and about your product. We keep the mechanics that sell (script, pacing, delivery), not anyone’s footage, people or music.
